The idea of the TolBo project was not born out of daydreams but out of practice. A practice of people (with and without disabilities) who want to do something concrete together for integration. People who simply want to belong and to share their doings with each other.
Because TolBo works each and every day to make our society more accessible, studies and surveys on the current accessibility situations are often very important. TolBo carries out these studies and surveys in cooperation with the Flemish universities and university colleges, which assign their students to make this their work.

The core of the project is to make sports activities accessible to everyone, aimed at: youth counselors and employees who organize sports activities that are part of leisure and recreational activities within (inclusive) youth and sports organizations; current trainers in sports and physical education in special education, inclusive schools or mainstream education; family members who also want to do sports activities outside of school with their children with disabilities and embrace their children's skills instead of focusing on their disability.
